A charrette, lead by Urban Collage, was held April 29-30 to redesign the third oldest housing development in the nation, Gonzales Gardens, in Columbia, South Carolina. The redevelopment plan, driven by public input, will include a mixed income development, additional parks and open space and walkable neighborhood commercial services.
