Following completion of their recent Downtown LCI Plan, the City of Palmetto recently hired Urban Collage to update their Comprehensive Plan, which seeks to anticipate a range of growth issues such as housing, land use, transportation, development, community facilities, infrastructure, utilities, natural resources and historic preservation in the coming decades.
